ADALYSER ARE A TECHNOLOGY company who develop online platforms and tools to enable organisations to measure the value of TV advertising campaigns. From objective driven research and planning tools, to unrivalled measurement capabilities, Adalyser provides everything an organisation needs to research, plan, implement, measure and optimise TV campaigns.
P8C have been working with Adalyser for over three years and our role is to provide expert information security and data privacy guidance and advice to support tender responses as Adalyser works to secure new clients.
We work with the executive leadership team to review the maturity and effectiveness of their security controls framework, recommending new or improvement areas to align to the existing and prospective client requirements. To date we have supported Adalyser in successfully being awarded over 15 service contracts from major multinational organisations within the media and advertising marketplace.
Univerity Campus of Football Business
THE UNIVERITY CAMPUS OF FOOTBALL BUSINESS are a private higher education institution specialising in the provision of under graduate and post graduate degrees relating to the football and sports industries. With over 2,500 student and operating from the iconic campus at the Etihad Stadium Manchester and Wembley Stadium London, the organisation have ambitious growth plans.
To support these plans, P8C were engaged to programme manage a full system procurement, selection and implementation programme for the university’s first dedicated Student Record System.
The P8C consultants were engaged in the lead roles of Programme Director and Programme Manager and we successfully completed a competitive tender process, selecting an industry leading HE application and working with the suppliers and internal teams to implement the new application within twelve months.
LPP Administration
AS ONE Of THE UK’s LEADING PENSION administration companies, LPPA support over 1,900 employers and 600,000 members of Local Government, Police and Firefighters’ pension schemes. P8C were asked by the Managing Director to propose an independent programme assurance approach to support their strategic programme to implement a replacement pensions administration and payroll application. Central to the P8C assurance approach is our flexible menu driven assurance framework which enables organisations to tailor an assurance framework to their needs and risk appetite.
P8C consultants were contracted to deliver a series of programme assurance activities, running a programme health check, supporting the design of the LPPA go live readiness approach and assuring its completeness, producing multiple assurance reports for the Sponsor and Board, making recommendations for strengthening and improving the programme approach, reporting and governance. Our consultants worked with the internal LPPA compliance team to further develop their own assurance approach and skills helping to build a longer-term capability in the organisation.
Our supportive and collaborative approach to assurance and the constructive recommendations we made, have enabled the programme team to focus on the core challenges and risks and assisted the programme board in effective decision making which contributed to the successful delivery of the new administration platform.
